WHO ARE GA SITE INVESTIGATION?
Formed in August 2009, and with over 40 years’ direct experience in the site and ground investigation industry, GA Site Investigation Limited is an independent site and ground investigation company providing professional, cost effective investigations. We tailor the invesigations around clients’ and statutory authority requirements, for the safe and effective investigation and development of Greenfield and Brownfield sites.
Having developed our skills from working with numerous consultants, designers, engineers, architects, builders and expert witnesses to provide detailed site specific geotechnical data for their required use, including subsidence and heave litigation cases, we utilise these skills to ensure all our clients receive the same high quality service.
From existing property extensions through to new build housing, commercial or industrial developments our team is dedicated to providing all our clients with the same high level of service, no matter the size of the contract.
We are CHAS Accredited.

SITE CREWS HOLD:
- NVQ2 Lead Driller Certification
- New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA) Operative and Supervisor qualifications
- CSCS Cards
All drilling crews hold NVQ Level II Lead Driller qualifications, along with CSCS, Site Passport and other relevant qualifications, including NRSWA Operative and Supervisors Cards.
All drilling crews are trained to carry out utility plan reviews prior to undertaking CAT scanning of all test locations to check for buried services before breaking ground.
Utility STAT packs can be provided where required.
